Ashley-Kate's on the Hunt

Ashley-Kate is our oldest family member.She is a beautiful golden color & has put many wonderful pups on the ground for us & her previous owners. She is well loved by all & her favorite person ever was Tracy's grandfather.... she treated him like he hung the moon & stars, was always at his feet or waiting outside his back door for him to come out & see her.She would leave our yard just to go see him  & that's as far as she'd go. They were best friends & he loved her as much as she loved him.

Katie ,as we call her, is now 9 yrs old & is loving life.Her only thing to do now is eat , sleep,& watch over our pups as they get here.She has been the best "moma" dog ever & has always had healthy litters. If she could she'd raise one of the other's babies here.She considers herself the mother to all here & is a great helper  & follower when we take the puppies out.

Katie 's dam's side has been featured in Ducks Unlimited prints over the past years.

Katie has one of the best personailities & has passed that as well as her good looks into all her pups.We know the day will come when she passes that Rainbow Bridge & we know we'll see her there acting like the wonderful pup she was.Katie has always been a big girl, & has never weighed less than 70 lbs.

We love our Katie!!!! She's one of a kind.She has been retired as a breeding female,even though she is not spayed.

Cooper,above, lives at Lake Moultrie with his owners, he was a Scout & Ashley -Kate pup.

Shelby,above & below, lives in New York with her parents,she was out of  Katie's last litter .
